Kids Monster Spray Recipe

Bedtime can be rough for some kiddos and when the lights go out, the imaginations start to run wild. To "tame" the monsters and leave the room smelling sweet and relaxing in those late night hours mix up one of these blends and spray around the room with your kiddos (closets, under the bed, wherever their fears run the wildest).

All you will need is :

  • a glass spray bottle

  • 6 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons witch hazel

  • the essential oils from the blend below

    ***Closet Monster Skedaddle : 3 drops Bergamot, 3 drops Grapefruit, 4 drops Cedarwood, 6 drops Lavender, 2 drops Vetiver, 2 drops valor

    + You can add 9-10 drops of KidScents SleepyIze to boost more restful sleep and feelings of peace and calm throughout the night.
